Returns & Refunds
Returns and Exchanges We want you to love your purchase, and that's why we offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Starting a Return To start a return, please reach out to us at email@example.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on where and how to send your package.
Exchanges Currently, we don't offer product exchanges. We kindly request you to initiate a return and place a new order. We're actively working on improving this process for your convenience.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that a small return handling fee will be deducted:
- $5 for orders from the USA
- $7 for orders from Canada
- $9 for orders from the rest of the world
Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return. After the refund is confirmed, your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 days to process and post the refund.
Returning Multiple Items If you wish to return more than one product from the same order, please submit a single return request. Otherwise, a return handling fee will be applicable to each request, even if they are from the same order
Damages and Issues Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including socks, stickers, patches, and sale items. If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us.
