Shipping Timeline

We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items from their nearby units to your destination country to ensure order reaches at the earliest. All our orders are made to order and hence there will be processing/production time before it is ready for shipping. 

Below is the estimated timeline for your reference (only indicative and not guaranteed):

  1. To USA: 2-5 days for processing and additional 4-6 days for shipping
  2. To Canada: 2-5 days for processing and additional 6-8 days for shipping
  3. To Rest of the World: 2-5 days for processing and additional 10-15 days for shipping


  1. Order fulfillment happens only on Monday to Friday and hence above estimated days are to be read as business days
  2. During holidays or peak times, expect possible order processing delays. Once placed, shipping speed changes are not possible.

International Shipping

Please be advised that your order may undergo a customs inspection, which could potentially lead to a delay in delivery. Additionally, you may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other supplementary charges as per your country's regulation. Kindly note that customers are responsible for covering all customs-related expenses, including any applicable fees or taxes. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding customs regulations and fees

Order Tracking

We will send you the tracking number once it is processed and delivered to the carrier to fulfil the shipping  

Shipping Policies

Changes or Cancellations: If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please reach out to us right away. We'll do our best to assist you, but the feasibility depends on the order's processing and shipping status

Lost or Stolen Orders: We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders once order is shipped to your address. In case the order is lost during shipping, we will replace your order without any fee

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when checking out. If there's an error, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made for unprocessed orders; once processing begins, adjustments can't be made, and we can't instruct the carrier on your behalf.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it to the right one for a shipping fee that varies between $5 to $15 depending on your country. You also have the option to request a refund, but please note that a $5 restocking fee will be deducted
